Flow Control Valves

USE AND OPERATION
These valves are used to control the cylinder movements and block it in both directions. In order to have the descent of a load under control and avoid the load's weight being carried away the valve will prevent any cavitation of the cylinder. Type "A" is different due to the connection positions and the pilot ratio.
MATERIALS AND FEATURES
Body: zinc plated steel.
Internal parts: hardened and ground steel.
Seals: BUNA N standard
Leakage: negligible leakage. Standard setting: 320 Bar.
Oil temperature: 50° C - Oil viscosity: 30 cSt
Valve setting must be at least 1.3 times more than load pressure in order to enable the valve to close even when undergone to maximum load pressure
CONNECTIONS
Connect V1 and V2 to the supply, Cl and C2 to the cylinder to be controlled. In-line mounted.

USE AND OPERATION
These valves are used to adjust speed of cylinders in one direction; flow is free in the reverse.
Pressure compensation is not provided, flow rate depends on pressure and oil viscosity. These valves are characterised by a high adjustment accuracy.

CONNECTIONS
Connect V to the supply and C to the cylinder to control; flow is adjust from C to V and is free in the reverse direction. When used on cylinders with double pilot check valves, the valve has to be mounted between the cylinder and the double pilot check valve.
Flow adjustment is done by rotating the plastic hand knob after loosening the side locking screw.
This particular configuration allows an accurate adjustment.

These valves are used when two equal cylinder, that are not mechanically coupled, supplied by the same pump and controlled by a single valve, must move simultaneously both in extension and retraction.

Seals: BUNA N standard.
Load holding: matched diameters, minimal leakage. Cylinder stroke error tolerance of ±3% of maximum flow. Any synchronisation errors are compensated for at the end of stroke.

Connect P to supply flow and A and B to the cylinders.
