1 25mm Ø Cylinder Brake Assembly. With approximately 3/4 Ton thrust per cylinder at recommended working pressure. U.K. Government Regulations specify that; 1. Every trailer with total axle weight exceeding 750kg (14.75cwt) shall be equipped with an efficient braking system, maintained in good working order and properly adjusted. 2. Brakes must be capable of being applied to at least two wheels on a trailer with no more than four wheels. 3. The driver must be able to operate the agricultural trailer brakes from the driving seat while remaining in control of the vehicle, unless the trailer is fitted with over-run brakes. Such brakes must achieve the required standard of efficiency.
